It is important to be aware that SHEABUTTER bears no responsibility for lost or stolen shipments. For inquiries regarding such matters, kindly reach out to USPS. Once an order has been shipped, we lack control over the process and are unable to address concerns about delays or lost packages.
In the event that you entered an incorrect address during checkout and your package has already been dispatched, you must contact USPS to modify the address.
If, for any reason, your package is returned to us, you will be liable for additional shipping charges to facilitate the resending of your package."
